Matthew A. Zenko is an Attorney, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and mediator.

Matt’s practice consists of acting as outside general counsel to small and mid-sized businesses, business entity formation, contract drafting and review, and assistance with purchase/sale agreements and much more. Additionally, Matt has experience with a wide variety of personal injury cases ranging from automobile accidents to medical malpractice, many resulting in large plaintiff settlements most often after mediation.

Matt began his professional career with the Big Four Accounting firm Ernst & Young LLP where he served as a Senior Accountant. Matt then joined the Berkshire Hathaway Company NetJets Inc. as a Senior Financial Analyst in Portugal and Switzerland as well as a Quality Analyst in Columbus, Ohio.

Matt has also served as General Counsel and VP of Operations and COO over the past decade in the staffing and software industries where he has further refined his business skills while diversifying his legal knowledge.

Matt attended Capital University Law School (J.D., magna cum laude) where he earned a certificate of concentration in Dispute Resolution focusing on negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Matt performed his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University (B.S.B.A, summa cum laude) where he graduated from the Max M. Fisher College of Business’ Honors Accounting Program and attended a pre-law international program in Oxford, England.

Matt is admitted to practice in Ohio and the United States District Court Southern District of Ohio (Federal Court).
